The number one reason why I blog is to get readers attention about what I am doing and I guess that most other bloggers are doing the same too. 

It’s the readers that I am writing for and not solely for search engine crawlers. 

By also getting traffic to our site will not do any good if it’s just a traffic that comes and leave the next 2 seconds and never to come back again. 

We need quality traffic. This is to say, we need visitors that will come to our site and actually stay there and read about what we write and what we have got to offer. We need to get them interested in what we are doing and that we have something to share with them. 

Only when we have the interest of our readers and something that we can share with them, then they will stay longer on our site. 

This will have an impact on your search engine ranking only by visitors staying longer on your site. It may sound funny but believe it or not, the mighty Google knows if your site is worth anything by just monitoring the visitor trend. 

So if you are wandering why after doing everything that is said and taught by those SEO gurus and professors, you site still cannot be ranked high in search engine. 

Try to look at it this way, it does not make a sense at all after you have built everything there is to know about SEO and applying it on your site but yet you are still no where to be found on the search engine and your page ranking is still where it is 6 months ago!
