The idea is to write and submit gradually. Once a week or even once biweekly is also fine. What we need is quality and not quantity and so do search engines. Duplicated content can really hurt your site. What you can do is to spin the existing articles - add a few more words to a paragraphs, change the title, rephrase the content by moving paragraph and a lot more you can do to use back the same article.
